“First time inground pool owner here. Walked into the store with a water sample and met Darrell. He got me scheduled for a pool opening the very next day without selling me a bunch of chemicals I did not need. The next morning Paul shows up to open the pool. Sadly I couldn’t be out to watch most of it but Paul answered my questions and showed me how to operate a few items. It was the start of their day and I know they were very busy but Paul was not rushed and really took his time making me feel like his only customer that day. Later on, it looked like something wasn’t quite right on my return so I texted Darrell (the only number I had) that I had a question. Literally, 30 seconds later Darrell calls and walks me through a few things and got it resolved, and put my new pool owner anxiety to rest.
