From your initial consultation with our master builder to the design of your vision, through construction, and project management, Raft to Rafters is completely committed to making your experience memorable and stress-free.
Your project manager will take you through the simple tasks of picking designs and colors, signing your agreements, scheduling your construction, and closing out the process when construction is completed, but most of all the manager will be there to make sure you are informed and completely satisfied.

Consultation
Schedule your free backyard consultation. Regardless of the size or conditions of your backyard, we can find the pool that best fits your needs.

Marking
Marking your yard. Once you have decided on the specs of your pool, our pool builder crew will visit your backyard and draw a life-size template of your new pool so the new construction process can begin.

Digging
The digging process begins. Two very important parts of the building process when you partner with Raft to Rafters Pool and Spa for your new pool is that we do NOT use sub-contractors and we do NOT rent construction equipment. Many of the team members on our pool crew have been with us for over twenty years and we also own all of our own equipment. This gives you confidence that you know who is in your backyard.

Delivery
Your pool is delivered. Your custom-made steel wall pool is delivered and we start forming the walls of the pool.

Pool Floor

Vinyl Liner
Vinyl liner placement. Once the concrete is finished, the next step is to install your new vinyl liner.

Concrete
Concrete decking is poured around the pool.
